02 — ABOUT
I grew up loving training. What started as time in the gym became a fascination with how the body adapts — why some things work, why most shortcuts don't, and how much misinformation stands between ordinary people and real progress.
That's why I became a coach. Not to sell transformations, but to help people cut through the noise: to train with confidence, avoid the mistakes I see every day, and understand the reasoning behind every rep they do.
The part of this job I enjoy most is watching someone's confidence change. When a beginner who was intimidated by the weights floor starts walking in with a plan and a purpose — that's the result I care about.
IR Performance is being built into something bigger than PT sessions: educational resources, structured programmes, and a growing coaching platform. The aim is simple — coaching that makes you more capable, not more dependent.
